You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase, provided that all tags and seals are present and the item remains in its original condition.
We guarantee a refund or exchange for a different size if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

items purchased in the "Sale" category, as well as items that are non-returnable by law, are not eligible for return or exchange.

DOT Brand ships its products worldwide, except to aggressor countries!
Processing Time
Please note: we require 5–7 business days to prepare your order for shipping. DOT Brand ships worldwide (except for aggressor countries!).
Domestic Delivery (Ukraine)
Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta to your specified address. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates. Delivery within Ukraine usually takes 2–3 business days.
International Delivery
All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination country. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note: the final shipping cost may increase due to customs duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to logistics carrier peak seasons. Our team will contact you in case of any changes.
In-store Pickup
You can collect your order in person from our showrooms. This is a great opportunity to try on items and receive on-site styling advice.
